Body Reboot

  1. Focus on your sleep
    •  Turn off electronics at least an hour before bed
    • Cut back on caffeine 8 hours beforehand
  2. Avoid distracted dining
    •  When U sit down for a meal put away your phone, and turn of the television or computer
    •  U will reduce chances of overeating, and also have better conversations with your tablemates
  3. Start each meal with 2 glasses of water
  4. Slow Down
    •  Take 20 minutes to eat your meal
      • It takes this long to realize U have even eaten anything
      • Chew fully and savor each bite
