It’s That Time of the Month

Outsmart your Cravings.

  1. During hormonal shifts, such as PMs, some women go through cycles of low serotonin (your “Feel Good” neurotransmitter), which could intensify cravings.
  2. Try having a Period Pick-Me-Up in place that does not involve a sugary indulgence.
  3. U will want to do activities that boost your serotonin so U do not go looking to do that through food.
    1. Activities:
      1. Workout
      1. Increase your light exposure (ups serotonin naturally)
  4. Make sure when U do eat, U eat slowly to really enjoy it.
