Outsmart your Cravings.
- During hormonal shifts, such as PMs, some women go through cycles of low serotonin (your “Feel Good” neurotransmitter), which could intensify cravings.
- Try having a Period Pick-Me-Up in place that does not involve a sugary indulgence.
- U will want to do activities that boost your
serotonin so U do not go looking to do that through food.
- Increase your light exposure (ups serotonin naturally)
- Make sure when U do eat, U eat slowly to really enjoy it.
