When U can grasp a weight more securely, U transfer more energy to your muscles so they can handle more time under tension, carry heavier loads, and even produce more reps.

This will speed up changes in your body.

To improve your grip, squeeze dumbbells as U hold them, and practice hanging from a pullup bar as long as U can.
