It goes beyond just a one-one-one Healthy U Training session – each client will gain value that will impact everything they do outside of Healthy U as well. It’s about living out your best quality life!

Training Sessions

We offer 30-minute training sessions. Each client’s membership at Healthy U will include fitness assessments, routine goal analysis, documented progress and results, and seminars that educate each client on how to develop and implement a healthy lifestyle. From our top quality trainers and equipment Healthy U Fitness is here to help each individual begin a path to their healthiest, fittest, and happiest lifestyle yet!

Group Classes

Occasionally, we will be offering bootcamp classes (minimum of 5 people) upon request.

World class protein shake bar open to the public!

We will offer a menu with a wide variety of protein shakes available for quick on-the-go needs! These shakes offer a great boost of energy for before your workout at Healthy U,and are a critical component to refueling your body after your workout! They are prime after your workout, because of the Anabolic Window, which means the 30-minute period after exercise, during which nutrition can shift the body from a catabolic state to an anerobic one. Which is crucial to growing muscle and losing body fat!
